Picking Up Your Kitten

Bringing home your kitten is an exciting time! 

We will provide you with a care package to help you and your kitten adjust. Our care package includes:

  • A bag of kitten food and a couple of cans of soft kitten food.
  • A bag of treats
  • Toys
  • A guide to help you and your kitten adjust to your new lives together.
  • Kittens health certificate from their Vet visit(s).
  • Microchip information. All kittens are microchipped.
  • Any other items we feel are needed for your kitten.

    • Flatwater MCC will work with each family on times when they may pick their kittens up. If we are meeting you at a specific location or destination, this will be discussed in advance by Flatwater MCC and the family. 

    If your kitten is being flown to their new home, it is the buyers responsibility for all fees incurred for this process. Flatwater MCC will work with you to help get your kitten to you in a timely and safe manner. 

    Flatwater MCC will travel up to 150 miles (per Google maps) to meet with a family and deliver your kitten. This will be planned in advance with the family.

    REMINDER: Final payments are due before any pick up or delivery of your kitten. If paying with cash at pick up, it is to be finalized with Flatwater MCC in advance. Personal checks must be to Flatwater MCC no later than two (2) weeks before pick up or delivery of your kitten. 

    Finally, remember, your home and surroundings are all new to your kitten. Give them time to adjust and be patient. If you have any questions at all, we are always a phone call away. We love watching the kittens grow up with their families as well as getting to know you and your family.
